Wow I had no expectations when I started reading this book. It really just picked me up and I've been holding my breath at times, it's that well written. So far I'm loving the character development of Loo. I feel I'm transposed into another life reading this book, which is exactly what I need these days.

Ideas are important. It is ideas that create beliefs, beliefs that create behaviors, behaviors that create experience, and experience that creates reality. And if our most wonderful ideas become our beliefs, life on our planet will look much different than it does today.

To differentiate is to judge. To see, to experience, and to honor is to participate in life instead of standing back and judging it.

The extremes create their opposites; the wise avoid them. Find the balance in the center and you will live in harmony.
