- Their conversations are probs that one scene where its sped up of them just yapping till she fell asleep on him, so i appreciated everything that was said here

- Bella was way more present in the dress scene + the fact that she DIDNT GET THE BOOK???? like she already had the inkling Edward was a vampire at that time.
- Whole car sequence and her humor about running Tyler over cuz of the rumor he spread, makes me yearn for that personality in the movies...

- This chapter was unnaturally longer (esp that contemplation part of Edward being a vampire + that dream)
- "Desolation hit me with crippling strength" girl me too!!!! her whole dialogue about seeking out Edward when he was gone is me seeking out my crush vibes

thoughts on chapter 1

- Bella’s distaste for Forks really makes the whole 360 jarring later on
- “Rocking chair from my baby days” acting like it isn’t THEE rocking chair from the sequence in New Moon
- “My Mother’s part albino” Bella’s awkward humor😭
- didn’t expect her intro with the lunch crowd was so rushed here

nvm literally he purposely made them learn about werewolves solely cuz of lupin’s condition… also RIP firebolt and got across the reveal of the Mauraders Map heheheh

literally forgot that Snape had been helpful w the easing of Remus’ wolf transformations using the potions ☹️ (idk if he had spike the potion to transform orrr no…) but yeah

i'm literally raging rn, i cannot wait for Liz to finally choose WES OKAY!!! For a girl who is so unbelievably obsessed with rom-coms she is blur as hell
