There's finally an audiobook for this, so perfect excuse for a reread.

Only just downloaded my copy and read the recap so far... will start reading this for real in the next few days probably.

That's not how math works! A single 1-star review for Mira's business was just taken down... and it changed her 2.5 star rating back to a perfect 5. That would mean she only had a single positive review before to balance out the negative one, or it wouldn't have had such a big effect, taking her average down that far...

I think this book started in the wrong place. If it had started when they first met and became friends, I might've gotten invested and been more forgiving of the miscommunication later, rooting for them to get past it. But I didn't get to see enough of them being cute together, so I don't really feel anything... reading about them failing to make up or reading about them making up, I don't really care either way...

This is leaning really heavily into the miscommunication trope and the characters have such flimsy reasons for not clearing up the misunderstanding right away, especially Hudson! (When the real reason is just that without the characters being such idiots about it there'd be no story...)
