I have to be honest, I hated the first chapter and found Spencer highly insufferable at first. I almost closed the kindle app and never opened the book again but I decided to go forward because I received it as an ARC copy.

And I do not regret that decision. This book will not be a 5 star by all means but I’m starting to like it, it’s highly entertaining.

It’s been dipping in a great way into Claude’s struggle with her sexuality and questioning their gender identity. I’ve also been enjoying a lot the differences in the relationship with Quasi.
