Good read for those wanting something off the beaten path.

I just couldn't read any further. I really liked PA series Incarnations of Immortality and Apprentice Adept but this book is more like soft porn with scifi backdrop. I'm not going to finish it and I feel really good about this decision. I doubt I'll try another Anthony book after this experience.

For me, Gaiman's writing is poetic. And I'm not a poetry lover. This man is one of the more unique writers of our day. The story has a dark undertone but lined with hope.

The series is getting darker but the wit is still included.

Sand didn't impact me the way Wool did, but I still enjoyed it. I'll read a sequel if there is one.

The audio was well done. Enjoyable light read.

Very good. Not the same impact as Unwind. Much more character development.

I listened to the audio book. This series is generally fun and on the lighter side of stories I read. The narrator is perfect for the character of Harry Dresden. The series has some continuous plot lines along with some unique to each book. Very enjoyable.

Definitely not my usual genre. I wasn't sure of this story at the start but it gets really interesting as it progresses. By the end of the book I was fascinated.

First shift is interesting but not riveting. 2nd & 3rd shifts are very good. Hugh Howey continues with his unique series.
