Think I’m going to DNF this one. I was so excited to read this, was loving it initially but now I’m just bored.

Just not feeling this one, and I'm disappointed about it too. I was really excited to read this one after knowing the characters in The Ever Seas.

I’m almost halfway in and I still have no idea wtf is going on. I’m not exactly sure why I’m still reading it at this point.

It’s the book that never ends it just goes on and on my friends. WHY AM I STILL READING THIS SERIES??? I don’t exactly hate it but I don’t love it either. Y’all told me this was a romance, IT’S NOT! It’s just angst on top of angst on top of ANGST! I just KNOW shit it going to hit the fan for the 2 characters that I actually enjoy reading about because they’re just a little too happy. Can’t have that!

Ugh….. I keep seeing that these get better. WELL WHEN!?!? I barely made it through the first book and I’m almost halfway through this one and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

So in every way possible April has made herself and outsider. And now she’s upset because she FEELS like an outsider. Insert eye roll here.

Struggling with this one. Story is meh. Character are meh.

The BDB chapters just keep from connecting with this story. I’m sure they’re all going to connect but ugh.

Really miss the old school Ward. Might just have to reread Dark Lover.

Made it through the second story. Which I liked, but come to find out it’s actually the first few chapters of a book coming out this summer and it ends on a cliffhanger.

I haven’t read many anthologies, but is that normal?

Hmmmm, not enjoying this one as much as book one, as of yet. Maybe it’s the slow pacing, I like the characters but nothing has happened.
