i underestimated how large the book is and now my goodreads goal is fucked. but i'm having fun and laughing aloud

sorry to my sister ana but nightbitch just isn't singing to me rn and the past 48 hours or so i've been going thru the most minor internal crisis in recorded human history and need to rip some babitz to center myself. i'll get back to nightbitch when im on birthday vacation

so far it's "baby's first metaphor" and i'm not particularly fond of the way the sentences flow but at least it's not dostoevsky (not looking up how to spell it right)

i am so close. i will finally finish this tonight

every character has 5 different names and there's always new characters being introduced and all the names look the same to me because i live in the hamburger country but i am enjoying the book nonetheless :D

started reading this again but fell asleep 💪

there's 287 pages in my copy i didn't stop 7 pages before it ends. i'm normal. i'm not weird. do not let goodreads smear me as a weird

we're putting off crime and punishment until 2025 when the little goodreads goal progress bar will bully me into reading the damn thing 💪

it turns out hitting your reading goal means you arent incentivized at all to tear thru the 600 something page russian lit novel. so ive pivoted to the book that weighs less than my phone and is written in a way my moron brain can easily process :)
