It’s a very strange book and I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite, but I’m enjoying the plot and I’m intrigued to see what happens next. I don’t like the breaking of the fourth wall and I don’t like the art, aside from that I like the book

I had to set the book down because the main character started losing again. I hate when my favorite characters lose and I hate when my favorite characters die. I’ll probably pick this up in a year or a few months or however, long it takes me to get over it

I love the racial diversity of this book, one of the few books that doesn’t shove it down your throat or simply ignore it all together

This read like Emily Henry at first, a good tacky romance. Then it got too cliche and too tacky even for me. Good grief a man that uses Pinterest? Not that I’ve seen

They need to include trigger warnings at the start of chapters. I don’t like being jump scared in the middle of my books

I was enjoying the book, but I don’t really care to hear the main character, crying and sobbing, and having kind of a pity party. I don’t have any sympathy for her cheating father, I don’t wish him forgiveness. How could you forgive somebody who cheated on his wife with cancer?
