Learned it’s called 2666 because that’s how many years it’s taking me to read it

Will either be on the Mount Rushmore or a waste of time because it’s looooong. Very Optimistic so far

Ironically I can’t do my job because I can’t put this book down

The author is a literal boomer (born in ‘63) not sure where gets the audacity to label gen z as the anxious generation

5 pages in and already peeved

Not bringing to Europe since I have a physical copy, stopping for a while. Crazy hard to read but I like it. I have to read the spark notes after each chapter to really get a grip on what happening.

We’re reading history until it gets warm outside again damnit

Putting it down because I didn’t meet the book club deadline 😵‍💫

Super unique book as far as I got, but super difficult to read. Won’t give it a rating since I didn’t finish but I prob would’ve guessed like 2.5/3 range.

Happy to have 2 working eyeballs

This book lives in my head rent free

I going through this book faster than a 6 pack of summer shandy on the first 80 degree weekend of the summer. Will prob finish it today

Every time I think this book will get easier to read, it doesn’t.
