One of emilys course books, something about American literature in the 1920s on race and assimilation. Very very interesting, difficult reading though - very lovely descriptions when they appear

A borrowed book from somebody on the tour, very good

I’m loving the parallels between the land and the machines etc, very wholesome very pretty
