i understand why everyone says he didn’t drink enough. he didn’t. wtf.

ohhhh i feel sick

so listening to this in the morning is not for the weak. i didn’t even give the day a CHANCE

ok so that was almost as bad as rue. and watching that in theaters is gonna destroy me

hitting the audio book this time, and i think i’ll actually be able to finish it 😬. i think the way she writes is just too descriptive or something that physically reading it just makes me boreddd. which is crazyyy

yeah she puts drugs in her books i stg

HAAHAH the signature daphne GROAN pls. god plsssssssss. i love themmmm HAHAHA

ok also — the way people say this series is really smutty…i’m so confused. like maybe in the next books it will become that way but they kissed ONE TIME. and 600 pages in. the way it’s always “faerie smut” if it’s written by a woman smh.

ugh. sarah is still eating tho i can’t even be mad for that longgggg. this is epicccc

sarah in what world did we think THAT was okay??? WHO LET YOU DO THAT?!!!

dudeee what is HAPPENING

yeah this eats

ok i fw this hard actually. loving the murder mystery, the world is complex and interesting. i can honestly say ive never read anything like this. and the angelsss i loveeee a religious connection, and its really kinda a dichotomy bc they’re murders lwk but law enforcement too? there’s things to unpack.

i tried to read this on loan from the library a while ago and i just couldn’t get into it. but on audio im enjoying it a lot more

dare i say, this far, this is the most unique things i’ve read???

sarah i have words for you

ok so far, i actually do not think the world building here is that hard to grasp? everyone says the first hundred pages are so hard to get through but im not really having that experience honestly

tea

i feel like most people in this book are unlikable. but i do think i like sarah. she seems the most normal. interested to see who done it

the husband is SOOOO woe is me and i can’t.
