I don't often write anything about my progress in a book, but I wanted to put down somewhere that I just finished Part 4 "The Part About The Crimes" the most talked about section of this novel. I can't explain how powerful that was; it is definitely some of the bleakest and strongest writing I've ever read about the ongoing epidemic of violence against women in Mexico.
