This book 2 is terrible but I still want to know what happens and I have the box set so on we go

Book 1 - pretty good. These random apocalypse series are hit are miss. I found the first book to be enjoyable, a touch YA

In the middle of Book 2 - this is going off the rails,it’s so batshit. We’ll see where it goes

Apparently I started reading this in 2019 and forgot to finish. I like it so far this time around except the friend group reminds me a little to much of The Losers in It.

This book is all over the place, but I still want to know how it ends

This book is at one star right now for both Max and her stupid fake curse words and the words “invisible ink” . This author cannot think of any better tricks than invisible ink for the 800th time

Maybe I’ve finally aged out of YA at 43. This one is keeping my interest but also giving me lots of eyerolls

Midway thru and like the other reviews are saying, I’m having a hard time sticking with this one

I’m almost done. This book is really good, but I think some editorial decisions could have been made to make the story more concise.

So far the show on Amazon is better and I never say the show is better…

I’m at least a third of the way through and I love this sequel. Goodreads really needs to not let people rate and comment on a book they haven’t read yet. I went in with trepidation because of that godawful movie they put out, but this book goes back to the original characters. So far I’m liking where it’s heading

Women 2: super naive or really bad writing, not sure yet.

Wow this was really bad. I love this series, but this was extremely difficult to get through.

Todd is really dumb and a jerk.
So far about 2 grown adults who blame their parents for their behavior ...

So far this is not promising . Bad ripoff of Rear Window combined with trope of a alcoholic female narrator... will update if I finish it

I might bail on this one. The world building is WEAK.

Just added this to my currently reading and first impression is meh. I picked this up because I love the Scattered and the Dead books by same writer. Right now this is a so-so crime novel

FYI this is boring like You and its sequel

Currently hate reading another Harry Potter book
