This book is infuriating me to the core — not because it’s bad but because how good it writes about the issue it explores. u know the other day I saw this video where the woman said men are raised to be princesses, and completely incompetent and still have them instilled in the audacity that they have the right to make other people (mainly women) serve them. This books explores that in a infuriating, perfect way

Can’t decide if antoine is of genuine help or just another exploitive egoist man in the village who just wants her to cook, exploit her daughter and wants a son :/

I’ve never read a book that is so ridiculously mysterious yet open (?) at the same time about a character. I literally cannot figure out the Prince, and not in a author trying hard to be complex way — but it’s genuinely written so seamlessly you never know what the Prince is thinking (well at least joe not) also im so mad they left not choco scene out cyrcil x Monica aaaa in the anime!!

I’m itching for this book to finish oh my God this guy is so full of himself
