I’m finding myself dragging on this book.. whereas the last 2 books were 💯 . The atmosphere of this book is so bleak, like to the point where I am not enjoying reading it. I know these books are supposed to be dark but still.

This book is interesting but this guy is definitely a bit egotistical lol

Ann Rule is the GOAT of true crime authors. Lol.

I’ve been interested in the role social media plays in our lives and I think some of the chapters on social media & how damaging they can be to young girls are very interesting. I’m dubious of some of the claims made in this book though… they don’t feel well researched and vetted as others. This feels very “anecdotal.” I’m curious how child psychs interpret this book.

I’ve hit a serious stall…. I need to take a break with this series. It’s just so depressing lol. Trying to power through this series bc I want to know what happens
