No response from anyone but Ruthie when killing a puppy comes up??

Tempe not telling people what she knows, or suspects, like the identity of a victim or a car that’s been following her?

Not sure what happened this go round but this is not the Kathy Reichs outstanding novels we know and love

Personalities of the characters so far are … strange. Not quirky-characters strange, just not right. Like different qualities they display don’t match, the thoughts they have and the dialogue feels unfinished almost. Too soon to tell for sure!
