See, Sam is making a lot of valid points. But the thing is, us women can smell bullshit from a mile away. Our intuition is unbreakable and when we feel something isn’t right, it’s mostly because it isn’t.

I am enjoying this book so far. But the reality is so on point that it’s irritating because just like any man Sam just doesn’t understand!!!

I missed these characters so much!!

Although I have a few irks, I have to admit I am enjoying the banter between these two.

It was a slow start but finally we’re getting somewhere.

There really Is no point in Zane feigning an O.D to sneak out of prison. The guards are basically terrified of him enough to allow him to murder an inmate in front of them. I’m sure he can walk out of the prison doors untouched without the hassle of having to O.D.

Can we get to His point of view already. I’m over Addison’s POV at this point. I feel no connection to her. I have no reason to root for her and I’m kind of annoyed of her and every character in this book. We still don’t know what Drew did to cause her disdain towards him so everything has been pretty monotone. Give me something!!

For Val’s sake I really hope it’s not Gavin.

But for MY sake, I selfishly hope it IS Gavin 😏

I stopped reading just before bed and my mind is just…mixed with emotions.

Rhys and Feyra’s banter is so stinking cute!!

Definitely enjoying this book so much more than the first.

Oh..

One of the biggest reading irks I have is when characters kiss right after one of them has vomited. It doesn’t matter how “passionately” the author describes the kiss, it’s still gross!!

Didn’t see THAT coming..

Kind of over Sebastian at this point. He never really win me over to begin with and with how clingy and over possessive he’s acting after Trevor’s accident, I’m annoyed with him.
