Not going to finish. What began as an amusing story of a unique individual and their family has become upsetting and somewhat tragic . This is not what I need before going to sleep !

Could not finish. I know there was a purpose to random paragraphs detailing Nazi torture if they were caught - realistic and kept the reader
In a tense state a little bit similar to the real spies.

But I was ambushed too often … it was not appropriate bedtime reading for me. Of course the story needs to be told.
