I've read enough of his books that I wonder if it's just his style, to publish a doorstopper of a book and you find yourself wondering, as there are a sliver of pages left, oh is this winding down, and yes it does, in a short final chapter.

I thought I knew nearly everything about this film, but I'm pleased to have found out new things from this book so far. However the author's penchant for constantly putting himself into the narrative as "this author" or "this writer" has quickly become annoying. Your name's on the cover, you don't have to keep reminding us that you wrote this.
