Mid book review: Apparently, Rand did not intend on this book being a political & economical treatise. Rather the book is supposed to be about Rand’s personal philosophies (e.g., Objectivism). Nevertheless, it comes across as a condemnation of socialism and state involvement in capitalism. It’s an interesting contrast to the other book I’m reading on the Progressive Era.
