Crying😭 I already love this book

I fear this book is going to wreck me

I was excited about this book and waited weeks on the library list for it. Has some pretty prose and an interesting thesis at first, but falls flat really quickly. It’s disjointed, boring, and even a bit irksome. The one thing that irked me is her using cancer to draw you in when it wasn’t and then just needing a low fiber diet and magically cured!

This sequel has made me completely forget how I could’ve possibly enjoyed the first.

Inez is insufferable & repetitive & has little to no personality other than getting herself into trouble so Whit can save her.
Most of the book is boring & predictable and when there was a twist it was laughable.
A magical mustache… are you kidding? I am determined to finish…

Im at 5% and I’ve already cried twice

Well this has me crying already so

I wanted to like this so bad…. But so far it’s repetitive and jumps all around. Will I DNF or power thru? Time will tell.

Sobbing, already know this is 5 stars, desperate to finish it- if only it wasn’t 1 am
