I breezed through the first book but I’m struggling with this one. Rhys is suuuch a good character but his cheat code to all Feyre’s thoughts is making the relationship a bit boring. I honestly am far more interested in what is going on back at the Spring Court and what drove Tamlin to take such harmful and out of character measures!

The inner circle are centuries old but act like teenagers.

The trick with novellas is convincing the reader these two are in love in very few pages. Sophie Jordan’s novel was a cute twist on Home Alone buuuut… the romance was rushed and didn’t do it for me

Sarah MacLean’s story is a twist on Scrooge that I wish had been longer! But the yearning was top notch… it was just such a long separation!

I’m less than 20% in but already totally immersed in this theatrical world. AC never fails to make me imagine the whole setting!

Re-reading in anticipation of Heartbreaker being released in a couple weeks!!

Duke of Every Sin is the last story. I liked it but it would have benefited from being a full length story….

Put Up Your Dukes tells the story of a troubled marriage. I always enjoy a well told reconciliation story and this didn’t disappoint!

The Wolf of Westmore is a mashup retelling that’s part Romeo and Juliet and part Little Red Riding Hood. With a little kink mixed in. It manages to be sweet and sexy!

Loved and Found was a very emotional second chance love story with a believable separation. I haven’t read much by this author but I enjoyed this story and am curious about the other characters!

Loved Veronica & Sebastian’s HEA! She deserved to be handled with care and he’s been waiting for someone to devote himself to!

Tessa Dare’s story was an entertaining romp through Mayfair. Louisa and James were very sweet together, even when they’re arguing.

This book is so far a great Highland warring clan story and a great Christmas story. Thoroughly enjoying it so far!

I’m rereading this now that I’ve read through all 6 Victorian Rebels books. I loved it before but I have so much more appreciation now for the woman who was written perfectly for Morley!

I don’t know why but I keep leaving this book to read others and then picking it back up. I’m waiting for it to really get going
