I am not getting a lot of value out of this book.

So much theory and philosophy. Case studies are outdated and are not directly correlated to their points.

I really wanted to understand more about different ways to create corporate creativity, but this book not provide me tangible methods.

I compare this to Dr Alan Robinson's corporate creativity which is one of the best books on developing creative culture.

I picked up this book as I had seen it referenced many of the books I read on ikigai. It is one of the classics in Japanese literature. I could not get into it. The audiobook is about 11 hours long and I listened for almost 2 hours.

It reads more as a collection of short poems or essays none of which are tied together in any appearance sequence.

Stopped having a rough time making it through this read. My view is lean is a way to transform an organization. His view is biased toward lean being a tool. Philosophical difference is making it tough.

Case studies are interesting but very long. I think the authors would have done better breaking this into several volumes.

I have only ever listened to an abridged version of the Toyota Way. I look forward to reading the unabridged version.

Abridged audio brings together a lot of famous books . The Fifth Discipline, Good To Great, Built To Last, among others.

I am getting a lot out of this audiobook, probably not as much as if I sat with the book, but still a lot.

Not just for healthcare professionals.

So far so good. Very visual book with lots of easy to see examples of lean implementation.

Deming sings Drucker's praises!

The unabridged audible version has some nice updates . The way the author reads this book it almost feels like he's sitting in the car reading it to me.

Really enjoying my nightly dose Deming. Style of this book is very nice, you can pick up and set down in small chunks. Excellent for slow readers like me!

Next section a summary of 14 principles...marks ready!

This audiobook is not what I expected. Must read (listen). Hour and a half left and still keeping my attention.

#Deming I love the layout of this book. Bite size pieces of wisdom. Makes it easy to make notes and go back and reread critical sections.

Each page is loaded with pearls of wisdom! The margins of the book are getting filled with little notes and stars. I'm a slow reader by nature but I am definitely not rushing this book!

WOW..Amazing look into how to be a learning leader

Awesome audiobook so far. Visuals make the book much more effective. Audio is a bit confusing at times with the R2 A2 B1 jargon.

I started listening to this audio book before without the visuals and found it very difficult to comprehend. I have now printed the pdf visuals in the book flows much better.

This is definitely a hands-on book! I am learning a lot about CCPM.

So far very good hands on book. Author is clear that this is not for casual readers. I don't have a project today, but I am reading through once, identifying gaps and making notes and will read again as project gets closer. Book is a straight forward read thus far.
