Finished the first book in the series (Flowers in the Attic), 5 stars, moving onto the sequel (Petals on the Wind).

ngl some of the language is just JAKLSJDFNLKJZC??????!!@#($*#)*! so take that as you will, had to visit the dictionary a couple times. also the mentions of r*pe were something that i was aware of prior to reading so it wasn't shocking or surprising to me. when it comes to historical or fictional texts, you cant apply modern thinking and i definitely think that applies with that topic. also the differences in culture
