trying to branch out into the genre of shit garage dumpster fire terrible insults to the name of literature kinda books 😋😋😋

It was kinda wild in the prologue because there was like a ton of characters introduced at the beginning but then she does a really good good of introducing chapter by chapter so that’s cool and I found it was way more interesting by the 1st cho. It’s a really intriguing adventure book!!

i dont think i super like this book? like i want to! but the concept its what i thought it was gonna be and i dont like that. and it narrated in like the stream of conscious style which i only like when done well and this isnt. i thought it was gonna be like kakegurui.. :(

it pretty good! I like it! but i mean... its kinda excatly like the first one....but i still like it. i think i know how its gonna end already tho..

The pacing of this book seems super off, at least in the first half?? Like it honestly feels like most of what happens in the first half of the book happens all on the same day within a couple of hours even though obviously it doesn’t not if that makes sense?

I meant ONLY (so far) told from Surens perspective. I’m convinced Holly just doesn’t like writing from a male perspective (valid)

imma be honest I am not paying 100% attention to this book 🫣 but it seems interesting enough and when I do deign to once more tune in to it, it is for the most part mildly entertaining. It is told from Suren (the feral Ice Court child queen) and oaks perspective which is interesting?

Not sure how I feel about this book? exactly like the last two just different settings and I think I understand that maybe where she is trying to take the series, but, like, it’s just so predictable I guess because you obvi know where the story is heading which seems excatly what you don’t want in a mystery

Isabella if you’re reading this ur gonna have a hard time because there are sooooo many characters and she introduces them right in the beginning like names, personality, quirks, everything RIGHT AWAY😭😭

This book is so good what a good book I’m not much of a re-reader but I will have to re read this book
