you don’t realize how much there is to life until you don’t have it… for her to have such entangled philosophical thoughts in a life so monotonous (the irony), where she awaits only death, is literally breaking my heart

omggg the ghost lady only became a ghost because she was cursed for not returning before her coffee went cold. I love how the author ended this scene with the ghost lady closing her book called the lovers.

what an interesting plot! the author starts the novel describing her as this intelligent and stunning woman, yet she’s desperate to go back in time. With time travel having such uncertainty, and the vague instructions given by the waitress, it seems we are all fools when in love.
