I think she's such a good main character, she's so self-destructive and obsessive, I never know how much of the narrative it's true, really liking this.

Pablo clavó un clavito: Una evocación del petiso orejudo - my least favorite until now, it's still a great short story, I like what was left unsaid, the topic of parental resentment, maybe the reason it didn't felt as enjoyable to me is the narration of the man, it was interesting though I usually care more about the woman's perspective.

La casa de Adela - creppy, unnerving, can't explain properly, but really really liked it

Los años intoxicados - teenagers heavly abusing drugs, I could really feel the hallucinogens trough the writing.

La hostería - solid story, sapphic, love the pee symbolism

I left this one a bit aside :/ hope I have the will to finish it soon

I think I've reached the point I haven't read before, so I don't know what happens from now on.

cap 1 -> Freud brings back his discussions on religion from "The future of an Illusion", this time trying to encompass a supposedly "oceanic" feeling, that could come from the uncertain boundaries of the ego (conscience(?)) outside the physical spectrum.

5 stars all the way, the depiction of the everyday gruesome and horrible violence, poverty we learn to just live with, or worse what we learn to expect from people going trough inimaginable suffering to "deserve" our compassion.

I'm thinking of this story every single day, it really is haunting.

I DID NOT know this was going to take place in an "evil" boarding school, what a lovely surprise.

Read half of it, and went back to start over. (Actually I've read some pages like 5 times, it's literally so good I'm obssessed) It's way more complex then I expecteed it to be, but in a good surprise kind of way

I'm enjoying it, but there's something unusual about it. Maybe is just a bit different than the YA fantasy I'm used to
