Very fascinating. One one side you get the thrill of a tiger hunt and on the other education about a region of the world no one has ever heard of and knows nothing about.

Will it just end already? Good grief this woman can drag a story out describing every single stupid little detail. I don’t understand why she thinks I or anyone else reading the book cares what color the knobs are on a transistor radio. She is by far the most superfluous, boring drawn out writer I’ve ever read. Same as the Goldfinch. Just end!!

It’s just mind boggling to me that anyone could claim that God is effected by the free choices of His creatures when the scriptures so explicitly deny it.

Anyone who believes that God learns the future as it happens does not truly know their Bible or understand God. Open Theism is a sham and is greatly dangerous to the Christian and theological traditions. Great start to what I know will be a great book

Every time I read one of Doug Wilson’s books I come away saying it was the best book I’ve ever read. This falls into that category.

I’m fascinated. The speech dialog is difficult to follow. I suppose it’s the translation to English. Difficult not to keep turning pages. I eagerly anticipate the “punishment”
