Fantastic work. Such an entertaining and engaging read so far. I find it interesting that “The Party” shows traits of both progressive and conservative regimes. The villain in this story, so far, is all of government. It’s culmination through capitalism to socialism to The Party.

Wild read. So full of what seems to be pseudoscience. I’m having a hard time really dialing into the book because it is casually making pretty divisive claims and moving past them quickly with little effort to explain or provide evidence. To really feel comfortable with the contents of this book would require hours of my own research. Uncertain whether I will do that once finishing.

Fantastic overview. Spares no detail so far. Will likely need to read at least once more to fully grok everything. However, it’s already painted a comprehensively vivid picture of why fiat is broken.

First book was great. Slogging through the rest of the trilogy.

The book so far is inspiring and beautifully interweaves the author’s decades of research into a focused lens on how one might find fulfillment in their lives. The author expands on the Job To Be Done model that’s used in various industries, in my experience, Product Management.

To my surprise, Christensen himself was the creator of this model. Had a chuckle reading that.

Loving the journey so far. I’ve finished the first three stories and am about to begin Metzen’s novelette at the end of the book. For anyone that wants more context to Blizzard’s Warcraft game franchise, look no further for a great place to start.
