How's the book? Incredibly boring

I need to apologise to the library for asking them to purchase this book...

DNF at Chapter 14. I just can't deal with Elin's character and I find it annoying whenever the other sisters talk.

Ch3: interesting and enjoyable!
Menstrual cycle and fitness it has some really interesting info, while acknowledging women's different experiences.
For example on the follicular phase your body does better with strength and resistance training and uses more carbs but also has better recovery. In luteal phase you might be more uncoordinated so doing more aerobic exercise is good to fire up the nervous system.

Currently a very decent 'don't need to think or pay attention' book 😅

I am so invested right now- had to stop just to have a rant.
