as someone who enjoys crime thrillers but dislikes copaganda this collection is the first time ive seen the typical structure of the genre entirely rethought, the only time a cop appeared so far was to be one of many adults to dismiss a young girl’s experiences. truly progressive fascinating stuff. love bradbury
