I like the beginning but I noticed that once the story really starts she doesn’t write about the grittiness of her path - the bad parts are mostly glossed over or summed up. Thus I find myself questioning why I’m reading this. What’s the point if you don’t further do introspection rather than ending every scenario with a joke (that are really funny I’ll give her that)
