All I can say about this is: "YASSSSSSSS! All the Garak!"
I'm thrilled to be reading a Garak-centric book that dives into his past. Andrew Robinson makes me so happy, and his writing, while nothing transcendent so far, is lovely. The prose is descriptive without being florid.

So, since when did fan fiction works of approximately novel length begin appearing on Goodreads? Just works that have been put up on AO3 or whatever, not published in an actual book or anything. I feel like I've never encountered them here before, despite reading a fair bit of it now and again. Intrigued to see them being recognised as literary works!

Ugh, finally starting to try and plow through this again. I want it finished so I can move on.

Slightly old at this point, but my partner introduced me to it after we'd seen Ann Coulter shilling her new "book", and I was hooked. Franken is just hilarious, and so clever in his criticisms of right-wing media figures.

Haven't been reading much in the way of books lately -- more articles and fanfic. That needs to change.

This was a great sanity saver while I was stuck in the airport for 14 hours straight. Whenever I wasn't commiserating with other travelers or trying to get information out of the airport staff, I would sit down to read another chapter. Enjoying it so far!
