Read "The Adventure of Johnnie Waverly" - fine story, I think the tv show made good changes.

Read "In a Glass Darkly" - abhorrent. Same dreadful ending as "Taken at the Flood".

Read "The King of Clubs" - I don't like the ending. I would worry an innocent person, especially someone experiencing homelessness, would be accused with the police desperate to pin it on someone. But I guess we just have to assume it remains unsolved as Poirot believes. Otherwise a boring story.

Read "The Adventure of the Clapham Cook" - didn't feel quite complete but overall an ok read.

Read "Tape-Measure Murder" - I did pretty well guessing, but then the title sorry of gives it away...

Read "Greenshaw's Folly" - a ridiculous solution. But I like the setting and the guy who collects "monstrosities."

Read "Triangle are Rhodes" - only a couple small clues to pick up on the solution, but an enjoyable read overall.

Read "The Incredible Theft" - ok, not much different from the short story or tv version. I prefer the Suchet version tho.

Read "The Submarine Plans" - ok, easy to guess ending

Read "Dead Man's Mirror" - abrupt ending but easy to follow solution.

Read "Murder in the Mews" in April - good story and I liked the ending; read "Dead Man's Mirror" - ended abruptly but fairly easy to follow solution.

Read "The Market Basing Mystery" - pretty simple, but good idea. Glad she later expanded it into "Murder in the Mews."

Read "Murder in the Mews" - really good, surprised how exact the TV show adaptation is.

Read "The Call of Wings" - Ok but a bit much. Also, what about those canals?

Read "Problem at Pollensa Bay" - alright, but predictable.

Read "The Object-Lesson", "The Bug Book", and "The Fatal Lozenge" - the first is so random, I'm not quite sure I like it. The second is fine, but odd drawing style for Gorey. The last is best of the three with an alphabetical theme.

Read "The Last Seance" and "The Lamp" - the first was terrible and predictable, and the latter was fine.

Read "The Red Signal" - pretty predictable.

Read "The Case of the Perfect Maid" - I liked it. A little misleading about the ultimate culprit.

Read "Yellow Iris" - I guess it's as good as it can be for something so short. Impossible to really come to the right conclusion though. The song from the TV version has been in my head all day though.

Read "The Doubtful Guest" - weird and classic. So much better than the last book.

Read "The Listing Attic", which contains 60 vignettes. Of those, 7 are violent acts against women, 6 against children, 2 against men, and 2 against unknown genders/ages (11 of 17 by or because of adult men). the difference between how adult men are treated versus children and adult women is so stark in this one. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised based on his other works?

Read "A Strange Jest" - fine but predictable end. Unfortunately, relied on now antiquated expressions.

Read "The Unstrung Harp" - interesting insight into the writer's mind during the writing and publication process.
