Interesting take on why an all 'female' army is superior to a male one. Not sure I fully agree with it, but that's not the point.
The characters are interesting, and the Golden Path an enigma and also an obvious answer.

When I was a kid, like, 11, I tried to read this one and gave up when I first got to Leto being the worm.
I wish I'd tried to keep going, the writing style shift is really interesting, and so are the new characters. I'd like to see where it's going and I'm enjoying it.

It's interesting watching how Paul is doing things. There's a huge 12 year gap. And finding out what Irulan is doing to Chani is heartbreaking.
Of course, also seeing how Alia changed, and is coming into her own is interesting, too.

It's even better than I ever remembered. With Feyd and the politics going on, and I forgot about the 2 year skip.

The last time I read this I was a 7th grader. I am enjoying a much better comprehension of the story. And I appreciate that it immediately launches you into the story. I remember the original movie taking forever to set up the world, and then the new one still doing some worldbuilding to start. I like that this just tosses you in and you have to catch on.

The first issue that is a parallel story bleed-through was well done. Artistically and through the storyline itself. You weren't always exactly sure which city you were in, but the dialogue blended seamlessly and the art transitioned perfectly.

So, It's kind of tricky having to mentally try and track where in the story you are, when it sort of resets by character here and there. But it's seriously moving and getting more interesting as we go. And I like the explanation of 'machine learning'

Starting to get more interesting. Not that it wasn't.

Bit weird to step away from YA for a minute or two, and dive into a world of CEOs. Although I am sincerely hoping something bad happens to Lenk because even though he hasn't appeared much yet I feel like he deserves it.
