I started this ten years ago. Reading along happily learning new stuff about real food* when a couple of things caused me to question the veracity of some claims. It's sitting on the shelf and each time I see it I wonder, 'Do I want to keep reading this when I don't trust the content to be accurate?'

- "sweet" corn from irradiated corn kernels in A-bomb tests

I got partway through it but need to check it out again and continue. Is it good to put a human face on your youthful idols?
