I’ve got 3 hours left on this an enjoying being back in this world. I wish they had continued making the tv show because this would have been a fine adaptation and the actors cast were perfect for the roles!

Listening to this on Audible with my partner so may take a while to get through….lets see :)

There’s a lot of repeated phrases (the sword is heavy, I get it lol. And how many times can she crack and injure her nails in her quest for survival!) but I a really enjoying this book. Is it the best thing ever written? Well, no, but that doesn’t stop me enjoying the world the author has created.

Honestly I’m not fussed who wins this war at this point lol

DNF - I just couldn’t get into this

I *really* wanted to finish this tonight but alas, was not to be. I know I won’t sleep AFTER finishing the book if I ploughed through to the end and I have an early alarm tomorrow - such is the life!

Slow progress as haven’t been able to focus on reading for a long while. But getting back into it :)

I’m slowly getting back into reading. Slowly. Slow is better than nothing.
I’m enjoying what I’m reading so far.

I haven’t even given it a chance but I don’t like the first person-ness of it:.. will likely DNF

Listening to the Audiobook

I am not enjoying this like other Tchaikovsky books if I am being honest.

Life has really got in the way of me reading this which is such a shame as I was really excited for its release!! I’ll have to reread as I feel like my sporadic jumping in and out means I’m losing the flow but I’ll keep on for now!
