This is probably one of the COOLEST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ. The fact that there’s an email, a website - all sorts of things to uncover, it’s just like a real ARG! I love it!

GOOD GRIEF Charlie is a horrible person. Other than that I’m enjoying this

This is GOOD so far. I don’t really like Charlie though, she kind of seems like a hard person to get along with? But the unsettling is good

Main character has adhd and there’s mixed media AND it’s arg-like?? This is sick so far.

I’m really liking this so far, Deacon’s chapters specifically. The prose is raw and enjoyable, and i like the dialogue on music

I don’t really like the quick changes in time period - it’s a bit confusing. I wish they stuck to changing the time period with the chapters

Had to take a break from reading because this brought back unhappy memories of middle school. Alex is so horrifically mean and it is making me terribly sad

So Jules… only feels empathy for Mae because her mom was also abused. This is horrific

None of these medical professionals are professional at all

Oh my gosh it’s just getting worse and worse. If this was a better book Jules would be an unreliable narrator but because she’s the author’s perfect quirky girl she can’t be in the wrong

Excuse my language but what the heck, Mae trying to seduce the dad is so out of nowhere and is portrayed so horrifically. What the heck.

Good gravy Jules is a horrible friend. Also i hate how Mae is becoming more of a prop to the story than a person :(

I like Mae a lot but I’ve read a couple of other reviews on this book and i am so not excited for her character to be destroyed. This party scene feels alright, basic but at least it’s not horrid

I like Mae, she’s a well written character

This book was written in 2017, so calling Dissociative Identity Disorder multiple personality disorder is weird. I do like the case files though they’re interesting and add a good touch. Jules is still annoying, i wish the focus of the book was Mae and not her.

Concept is great so far but the prose is soooo “how do you do fellow kids”. Has the author ever spoken to a teenager before? It doesn’t feel like it right now

Oh boy guys. I am so excited for this one mainly because I enjoy bad books and Maren Stoffel’s books have all made me laugh so hard. If you are this author or like this author PLEASE don’t read my reviews they aren’t for you.

gosh I was so excited for this book but the budding enemies to lovers romance is really putting me off.

This book is incredibly interesting so far. Gives me the vibes of the video game “What Remains of Edith Finch”

dnf ing this one, sorry y’all, I just couldn’t get into it and my head was not here for it

It’s gotten very very good and very interesting!

I’m enjoying this so far! The beginning was a bit slow and weirdly paced, and I don’t like the dialogue very much, but the characterization is very neat, the prose is lovely, and I am very invested in the mystery!
