This is the most engaging science fiction book I have picked up in years. I don't even remember the last time I read over 100 pages in one sitting out of pure enjoyment. I had a feeling when picked this up at Barnes and Noble that it would be a quick read out didn't expect to be hooked so fast. Very glad I bought it and hyped for the movie coming out... on my 18th birthday, which is insane also.

this is so good!!! i missed these characters so much this series is my childhood :')

i actually just finished reading this for school today and it was so good! ive never been more happy with assigned reading before.

it has the scene from the fork the witch and the worm from murtagh's perspective!! i knew he was tornac as soon as i read it :))

i am way too hyped for this. this is the dragon series of my childhood and i'm finally returning. i can't wait.

The book has much more history and details than the movie.

I've seen the movie of this at least 3 times and I love it so much. The characters (who were real people in the 1960's) are what inspired me to want to be a NASA aerospace engineer. So I'm finally reading the book version of the story for a science book club at my school and I'm so excited because I love this subject a lot :))

ive wanted to read this for a long time and i just got it at this little bookstore so i figured might as well

wow that ending is definitely a twist. im heading to a bookstore rn and i guess ill see if theres a sequel though i probably shouldnt read it yet since i dont want to confuse the plot since this was for summer reading.

the action picked up quickly

my summer reading book of all things may just be what brings back my motivation to read. i just started this today but im decently far in now and its good. i wish i read it sooner.

have to return this because ive had it too long again... i think im in a reading slump help
