Have you ever read “The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band?” It’s the 2001 autobiography of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. It’s fantastic.

Steel Gods is basically the same thing. I love Lysander so much and he reminds me of my roomate from sophomore year of college.

DNF’ed this and I feel so bad. It just fell apart for me and was just depressing. People love this series and maybe I will restart this and give it another shot, but there’s much better stuff out there in this genre in my opinion

this is SO GOOD. this is how vampire stories should be told. Gritty and dark and funny and gory and I love it why didn’t anyone tell me sooner

The first book was fine and I’ve been told that it really opens up and booked two but so far it hasn’t hooked me

So far it’s a proper send off and also batshit crazy just how we like this series haha

This is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever read. It’s like three different books in one and somehow works SO WELL
