Ok another quick progress update because I used all my characters in the last one. If patro and Achilles really do want Alexis, why do they treat her as lesser than and call her Alex? If you want someone don’t you think you would treat them with respect? Personally I think either the crimson duo leaves Alexis alone or all 5 of them start a marriage pact/bond, whatever they call it.

Ok so a lot of the hate on this series is due to the fact the author uses “tiktok lingo” and that it is really cringe. While I get where people are coming from, I also think considering Alexis is living on a post-apocalyptic type world where her education is shit and she is left to fend for herself, the fact she even knows how to write is impressive. Idk hate all you want but it makes sense to me🤷🏻‍♀️

Just realized I’ve been spelling Rhysand wrong in my comments on here and as someone whose pet peeve is people spelling names wrong when it’s right there, I am very upset with myself. Also why is this a different narrator? I think all 3 books have been someone different. I still don’t love Nesta. Amren is starting to pmo. I’m nervous for the meeting of all the high lords…

Ok Lucien is redeeming himself kinda. Hate Ianthe and Tamlin. I NEED to know what Rhesand and the crew are doing while Feyre is in the spring court. Speaking of Feyre, she is a genius. Not sure how to feel right now. Remembering the characters and the plots took me a second as it’s been over a month since I listened to ACOTAR. I’m confused as to why Feyre doesn’t want to go through with the marriage??

I have books on hold on Libby that I’m trying to get through first before I listen to this as I can listen to it whenever! Will be honest I forgot the book wasn’t going to be about the same characters from the first. I was so confused when I started listening but then I remembered how much I loved the this entire world and am ready to give it a shot! (Eventually)

Ok I wasn’t sure what to think of this book for about 60% of it. I like it but the middle DRAGGGGGED on! I’m not even done with it yet and I feel like I’ve been listening for years. (It’s been like 4 days.) I really have no clue how this ends but apparently they are going to make this a movie (way too much happens for a movie, it should be a series🙄) so I will have to watch that when it comes out!

It just started with the dedication saying “this is for anyone who has ever wanted to bang under a tree” and I’ve never wanted to stop listening to a book so fast. Gonna give it a chance tough, wish me luck🤞🏼
