YEAH, I KNOW, I'M READING IT. I'm actually liking it (though maybe nostalgia lends its friendly lens)...

man, it took me a while to actually get into reading this one....thank god for long bus rides!!

the art in this book is much different from how I expected, but I'm really enjoying a non-glorifying look at some of the Canadian government's historical behaviour

haha forgot to say I finished this days ago...it gives an inside perspective on celebrity in the media and how private suffering can be despite seeming clarity

This book is utterly fantastic. Even though it was published 25 years ago, it still speaks clearly about today's problems, and predicts others we are dealing with now.

I am HELLS of impressed with so many of these articles!!

Parts of this book I'll admit I disagreed with, but tbhe last few essays were incredibly interesting!

I don't usually have problems reading even complex books, but I'm having a hard time powering through parts of this one

Man, rereading this relatively short book took SO LONG

All done!! I really liked the ending. I recall it being hinted at very early on, and the pay off was rad as balls! Honestly, I really enjoyed this version of Anna Karenina...which has 100% influenced my next book choice.

I am getting through this a lot quicker than I expected this time! Keeping track of the footnotes is helping a lot

I always have several books on the go, and this one is heating up my ebook app! Another reread, but definitely worth it

I'm really enjoying this readthrough! Knowing the general direction of the plot helps keep my attention focused, and I'm even keeping track of the footnotes fairly well!! Fun fact: highlighting them as you go along forces you to pay closer attention so you absorb what you're reading, and will help you notice all of them next time
