I'm planning on reading at least 1 nonfiction book per month for 2026. Looks like this will be one of the first...It's set during my favorite time period in English literature history!

Ugh, this book is dragging on and on. I was hoping for more adventures, instead I'm getting whines and groans from just about every character so far...

Finishing my LOTR series now!

I got this as my BOTM pick for September. It's giving Fall vibes, and I need a cute story after some heavy emotional reads from August.

So far, it reminds me of Happy Place by Emily Henry. Loving it so far. There's depth to the characters and self-reflecting on where to chart your path in life.

I know I'm going to love this book the more I read it!! I'm listening to it through Libby as the holds for the physical book are 25+. 🤣 I'm enjoying getting to know Joan and how hard she's working to become an astronaut along with her colleagues.

I am rereading this book as I feel I may have given it too harsh of a rating. Also, I am highly anticipating Carley Fortune's new book, One Golden Summer, which I have pre-ordered and that book sort of connects to her debut.

Yes!! I had a hold of this at my library as soon as I heard that this book was getting published. My mom and I still watch The Golden Girls together on TV and what a smart concept to continue their legacy by creating them into characters in a book. Genius! I already wait for book 2
