there's a line in the 7th elegy ("deinem erkühnten Gefühl die erglühte Gefühlin") which is translated as "the glowing reflection of your own fired feeling", which is both beautiful and frustrating because I can tell that I know enough German to understand why this is an imperfect translation but not enough German to have an innate understanding of the original line
