reading this feels like reading pride and prejudice (its just people going to each others houses, except i liked pride and prejudice) and watching novocaine (knowing that the main character wont die despite graphic torture, except the book isnt graphic, and i liked novocaine)

sorry but the whole "i am constantly the victim of an assassination attempt every chapter" is getting a little grating
