Guessing my page number because I left the book at home. The issue with this book is that it has a great premise, but the writing style is deeply annoying. The author would have done well with a ghost writer, I could see this being something I really enjoy but it’s written like the author is 15

This bullshit fucking book. It’s so obvious what the ending is going to be and I’m like a quarter of the way in. The narrator keeps explains events that just happened, laughing at her own jokes that aren’t funny, and doing dumb shit while repeating over and over that she’s the smartest in the room. I would desperately like to DNF but if I keep doing that I won’t hit my goal for the year lol.

Still incredibly bad but I don’t want to DNF another book right now so we press on
