What a thoroughly interesting book!

This book is well written and readable to boot. The text is contemporary which is a real bonus. It is Robin's account of his physical circle work and other exploits. It is a really useful guide to what happens in circles and how easily they can fade and break up.

Very useful and readable book

First rate account of the development of physical circles. One of the best books I have read in this genre that discusses the trials and tribulations of this difficult subject.

Slow progress,but it is thought provoking and carefully written.

So far it is well written with only a few mistakes. I would have preferred full colour as with the SPSS version but you can't have everything. I like the references to other texts to expand on an idea or concept and the irreverent style does help. I am not convinced that starting a section with 'this section is difficult' helps the learner, however as I am not a complete beginner I am not too bothered.
