This is good but also so insanely slow? The entire book feels like exposition which I am finding frustrating

I am shocked by how much I’m liking this honestly. My working theory is that Stephen King writing is only enjoyable when you’re actually rooting for the main character! (Unlike in Misery, where the main character is horribly unlikable)

As expected, an insane amount of exposition. I’m enjoying it though!

Not as good as cinder but still really enjoying it & glad that the storylines are all interwoven/ chronological so I don’t have to think too hard
