Well I found out what a rusty puppy is. These bad dudes are having dog fights and when a dog gets killed they dump the body in a nasty pond filled with water and saw dust. When the body floats up it's covered in sawdust and looks like rust. Hence, RUSTY PUPPY. They toss people in there too.

I don't read much murder/mystery and it seems an average type of story but it has a lot of info about the Navajo way of life and customs that I think is true to life and I like that aspect of SKINWALKERS.

This has so much more than the movie! I love HELL OF THE LIVING DEAD movie, it'sso weird and shlocky but the book isn't. Brad Carter is good writer and has given the characters so much more life. Was all this extra stuff in the script or did he come up with it on his own?
