this is literally the cutest, most adorable villain and heroine romance story I've ever bloody read 😭 why did this take me so long to pick up omigosh

HEY Y'ALL I'M BACK AFTER BEING MIA FOR MONTHS <33333 MISSED EVERYONE SM

people omigosh I have no clue how y'all in college and with jobs have the time to even pick up a book, I read literally not one book in September bc ✨college✨ and it is driving me up the wall 💀

the magic really is just doing whatever the author needs it to do without any rules whatsoever 💀

okay so Miss MC is giving up her whole life as a ballerina in Chicago to be a bride to an undead Master (idk that's what she calls him) when she doesn't even love him because it's her destiny and he makes her feel infinite?

this book is so flipping weird 💀

okay idk if this is just my problem or not, but has this been a mid reading year for anyone else? i honestly can name two new favorite books/series and that's it 💀

a little reading for school and honestly it's very well done, I'm kinda enjoying it haha

ugh every time i pick this one up my brain gets so much satisfaction from how aesthetic this cover is

y'all this is the same author who wrote If You Could See the Sun and she's actually amazing, I love this fake-dating couple so much <333

okay guys so I know this is really out of the blue, but I have to ask: does anyone have/know someone who has one Taylor Swift Minneapolis ticket? ik this is not book related in the slightest lol but if anyone who does could either dm me on here or dm me on Instagram (@theisabellereads). Thank you so so much for reading all this, have a wonderful day y'all!! 💜

who else is obscenely behind on their reading challenge and still refuses to lower it 😌🤚

WHAT WHAT WHAT EVERYTHING'S TURNING ON ITS HEAD

AHHHHH PEETA WHAT ARE YOU DOING

guys it's just kinda hit me today how inactive I've been and I'm so so sorry, like literally I've written so few reviews bc I've been in such a reading slump and I'm so sorry 😭 I'm going to work to interact with everyone moreeeee I love you alllll <33

something about these 2000s dystopia really just hits different because i love this sm ♥️

am I fifteen years late to the hype?

yes.

do I care?

no.

if you just saw me mark about twenty books as read because i read them years ago and didn't have goodreads—

no you didn't.

guys is anyone else in a slump I literally can't read an actual book to save my lifeeeee :(((

wow omigosh if y'all are interested in a Harry Potter book 7 rewrite with a redeemed Draco Malfoy LOOK NO FURTHER AHHHH ❤️❤️

STOP THIS IS SO GOOOOOOODDDD

dude I love this book. It's like if the Cruel Prince was set in the richest, most elite spheres of Chinese culture, and Alice is like if Jude Duarte was a modern overambitious high school student.

this book is literally a textbook example of doing the right thing the wrong way and I am 1000% living for it 😍

two books away from my reading challenge, i've been counting literally every short story/webtoon/fanfic i read just to make it work 😅

WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH HER MOM?? SHE'S CALORIE RESTRICTING HER EIGHT-YEAR-OLD???

I'M FURIOUS

dude this mom is awful, Jennette's bloody six years old

alright y'all I just made my first bookstagram post and that was way too stressful idk how y'all superhumans do it.

*whispers* i'm @theisabellereads if you're interested *aggressive winking*

omigosh backstabbing so early this is gonna be a great mystery hehe

"How many times had she thought the full moon looked like an egg? That the sun looked yolky?"

IS THIS FOR REAL
FOR THE SECOND TIME THE SUN IS CALLED YOLKY OMIGOSH THIS AUTHOR IS TAKING THE YOLK THING SO SERIOUSLY I'M GOING TO SCREAM

this book is bad and nonsensical, but it's weirdly enjoyable. like the addictive joy you get from watching a fail compilation.

“The sun had fallen. It was just a yolky thing.”

please never say yolky again.
